1. Processing Orders

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we begin processing it within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with order details and anticipated dispatch timing.

2. Shipping Methods

Our shipping options are based on your location:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Standard courier service

  • International: Selected international shipping through trusted courier partners

Delivery times vary and depend on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline varies accordingly:

  • Pakistan: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 10 to 21 business days (custom charges and destination location applicable)

There may be delays due to customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your residence, location, weight of the package, and selected service level.

  • Free shipping is applicable on orders over PKR 5000 for nationwide delivery.

  • Discounts may apply during certain promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number through email or text message. You can use this tracking number to track your delivery status in real time.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.

7. Failed Delivery and Returns

Sometimes a shipment may return to us due to wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, for which additional charges may apply to resend the package.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery:

  • Click photos of the package and its contents

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • We will help settle any disputes with the courier service and arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.
